EngageBeat · Employee surveys for practices
When team mood shifts, you want to notice sooner.
Employee reviews and coaching sessions take place, yet some shifts in mood remain hard to interpret. EngageBeat adds brief weekly feedback. You can ask questions earlier, choose suitable actions and follow what happens next.

Put fluctuations in context over time.
The same collaboration question shows how the picture of team mood changes each week. You can consider the trend alongside workflows and events in the practice.
Find the next starting point.
Detailed questions and optional comments indicate which situations need a closer look. A score alone does not explain a cause.
Review actions more precisely.
Change an agreement, a handover or day-to-day support, then look at relevant feedback again later.
Practice example · planned use
30 people. One shared tablet. A weekly routine.
Satisfaction in a dental practice repeatedly fluctuates without clear reasons. Despite quarterly surveys and supporting coaching, the recurring shifts in mood remain difficult to interpret. The following process is planned for the weekly team check:
- 01
Along an existing route
A dedicated iPad for EngageBeat is mounted in the staff area next to the existing time-recording device. The two devices remain technically separate.
- 02
Thursday or Friday
Clocking out provides an opportunity for a weekly check. No personal login is required at the prepared terminal.
- 03
From feedback to action
Management reviews completed weeks and clarifies specific everyday situations. This is intended to lead to the next suitable change.
The reason for using the tool and the process described come from the practice’s planning. They do not yet demonstrate improved mood, time savings or coaching effects.

From your initial concern to the next step
A process that fits the way your practice works.
A discreet location matters, along with someone who takes care of the device, reminders and feedback to the team.
- 1
Clarify the purpose together
Which recurring problem would you like to understand better? Agree who reviews the results and takes responsibility for actions.
- 2
Prepare access and the framework
Inform the team and clarify data protection and, where applicable, co-determination. Choose a way to take part: on employees’ own devices with a team ID and password or a weekly link/QR code, or one after another on a prepared tablet at the practice.
- 3
Try it in everyday work
Start after setup, look at results from completed weeks and decide what to change next.
Clear rules for honest feedback.
Responses are not linked to names. Team results are only available after the week closes and with at least five valid responses per question. Free text and context may still allow people to be identified.
Access and confidentiality in detailBefore you decide
What you should know.
Is this a patient survey?
No. EngageBeat gathers employee feedback on everyday work in the team. Patient data, medical cases and identifying details must not be included in comments. It does not replace a required quality or risk assessment.
How does this differ from our existing surveys?
Short check-ins complement more extensive surveys and conversations with a regular view between scheduled reviews. They can help pinpoint when issues emerge, but they do not automatically explain the causes.
Can the whole practice team participate?
EngageBeat Team and EngageBeat Fokus are available for teams of five or more people. The price per team stays the same when more people join. Whether one shared team or several teams make sense depends on your responsibilities and workflows.
How is participation on a tablet kept confidential?
Choose a location with visual privacy and explain how comments will be handled. The terminal shows no results and resets the screen after a confirmed submission. Free text and context may still allow people to be identified; absolute anonymity is not promised.
Do the results provide a reliable participation rate?
Terminal mode counts check-ins, not verified distinct individuals. One person can respond multiple times. Participation rules and how to interpret results therefore need to be addressed during setup.
What does the trial include?
After setup and confirmation of the start, you can try the booked plan for 28 days. Free trial places and the subsequent transition to a subscription are governed by the trial terms. Personal onboarding or facilitation can be agreed separately if needed.
Your next step
What is on your practice team’s mind?
I will look at your situation and a sensible first step with you. We will also clarify how participation can fit your working day.
