EngageBeat · Employee survey software
Know where your team needs support.
Brief weekly surveys help you follow how your team experiences collaboration. Detailed questions and comments help narrow down important topics. You can use these insights to identify specific actions and review later developments.

Every weeka fresh picture of team mood
Notice earlier. Take targeted action.
Turn a picture of team mood into a starting point.
Every week, the team answers the same question about collaboration alongside other rotating questions. You can follow changes and identify topics that need a closer look.
Energy & motivation
I start my working week feeling energised.
12 valid responses · count for each scale value
Recognise changes.
The recurring collaboration question shows how the picture of team mood develops over the weeks.
Narrow down the topic.
Detailed questions, response distributions and optional comments offer starting points for understanding the situation together.
Follow improvements.
Agree an action and review relevant feedback later. Decisions and implementation remain your responsibility.
Example use case
Is motivation missing, or a clear priority?
A consulting team receives conflicting assignments. Its manager sees little initiative. The feedback provides a reason to examine prioritisation first.
- 01
Question the assumption
The manager looks at detailed questions and discusses typical situations with the team.
- 02
Make a clear agreement
At the start of the week, the team decides what takes priority and which tasks can wait.
- 03
Look again later
Further feedback and fewer unplanned changes of priority help assess the agreement.
Software alone does not change everyday work. It helps you make a well-founded decision earlier and keep working on improvements.

What you should know.
Does EngageBeat replace our annual survey?
EngageBeat complements comprehensive assessments with short weekly checks. If you want to explore many topics at once, another format may be more suitable. Our comparison of survey formats can help you choose.
How much work does it involve for the team lead?
Preparation includes setup, information and invitations. Ongoing use includes setting up optional automatic reminders or sending manual invitations, reviewing released results and making time for the agreed change. The one-minute check-in refers to participation, not the team lead’s total workload.
Can we use our own questions?
Yes, with EngageBeat Fokus. EngageBeat Team uses standard questions; EngageBeat Fokus adds your own questions and topic packs. Responses to your own questions are analysed separately from the weekly collaboration question.
Are responses completely anonymous?
Responses contain no names or email addresses. Free text and knowledge of the team may still allow people to be identified. There is no guarantee of absolute anonymity. Confidentiality in detail.
When does the trial start?
Free setup does not start a trial or subscription. Once preparation is complete, a company admin confirms the subscription booking and start. The 28 days begin when the first survey opens. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the booked subscription continues as a paid subscription. Full terms.
Your next step
Which issue would you like to spot earlier?
Begin with one team or a shared start for up to three teams. Complete setup and preparation before the trial begins.
