THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRODUCT
Who's behind EngageBeat
Sven Heese
Strategy – Organisation – Leadership | Founder of EngageBeat
For many years, I have supported leadership teams with strategy, collaboration and organisational change.
I do not want to wait until the end of the year to learn what has been on a team's mind for months.
It matters to me to notice changes in a team early, with minimal effort, and enable continuous development.
That is why I developed EngageBeat: as a small, regular opportunity to pause and listen.
My aim is a brief prompt that leads to a concrete next step.
