EngageBeat · Team feedback tool

Turn team feedback into your next step.

Important topics should not have to wait for the next employee review. EngageBeat makes brief feedback part of a weekly routine. You recognise changes, clarify specific situations and decide what to change.

01

Make participation easy.

Two to four questions on a clear scale. An optional comment adds context about what might lie behind a response.

02

Bring friction into focus.

Team managers with reporting access see results from completed weeks. You can use these to discuss specific situations with the team.

03

Turn feedback into change.

Choose a small step you can influence and follow what happens next. This keeps feedback connected to your everyday work.

Example use case

Stop renegotiating who takes over every day.

A service team frequently passes urgent tasks from one person to another. Individual frustrations are known, but there is no shared agreement.

  1. 01

    Identify the shared issue

Recurring feedback prompts the team to look at typical handovers.

  2. 02

    Agree on a trial approach

The team assigns clear responsibility for urgent cases and tries the rule in everyday work.

  3. 03

    Review the agreement

At a later review, the team considers further feedback alongside specific cases.

The aim is a workable agreement. The app provides feedback; the team puts the change into practice.

From your initial concern to the next step

Set up. Act on feedback. Follow through.

Your weekly routine takes little time to participate in and needs deliberate time for implementation.

  1. 1

    Create the framework

Agree who is responsible, the purpose and a regular time to review results.

  2. 2

    Invite the team

Inform participants and share the team access you have prepared. Personal employee accounts are not needed.

  3. 3

    Choose a next step

Look at results from completed weeks, clarify a specific situation and agree what to change.

Clear rules for honest feedback.

Responses are not linked to names. Team results are only available after the week closes and with at least five valid responses per question. Free text and context may still allow people to be identified.

Access and confidentiality in detail

Before you decide

What you should know.

Is this a tool for rating each other individually?

No. EngageBeat gathers feedback on people’s experience of working in the team. It does not assess individual or team performance, or rank people.

Can participants see the results?

Participant access does not include results. Authorised team owners see results after the week has ended, provided there are at least five valid responses to each question. The team lead discusses the released results with the team.

How does feedback lead to an improvement?

The results provide a starting point for clarifying a specific situation at work. You choose an action, implement it outside the app and later review relevant feedback alongside observations from your operations.

Can people take part without their own computer?

Teams without regular computer access can participate one person at a time on a shared tablet. Feedback on a shared tablet explains the requirements and process.

What happens after the free trial?

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to the booked paid subscription. The responsible person will normally receive a reminder seven and two days before charges begin. The trial terms apply.

Your next step

Make room for the next important topic.

Prepare your access for free. Before the trial actually starts, you can inform the team and agree on a suitable routine.
